After doing the "Maker's Diet" plan for one month I dropped 21 pounds, 3 inches from my weight and lowered my high blood pressure by 17/16 to 141/90! I am so encouraged! Spark People dot com has helped by using the fitness tracker, nutrition tracker and reading the articles that come daily in my e-mail!
Also blogging here helps by sharing my experience with others. I have a dialogue with several people on here and our friendships help to inspire and motivate each other.
When I started this I also had a goal to read through the entire new testament in 9 weeks and I have not missed a day yet! That helps to encourage and inspire me as well as I meet with God early, as soon as I get up. That time sets my priorities for the day and hlps to remind me of what is truely important in my life!
